By using www.ghumakkaddd.comor booking a trip through Ghumakkad, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

A trip is confirmed only once you have approved a final itinerary in writing and paid the applicable booking advance. Prices quoted are valid for the timeframe stated by your trip expert and are subject to change until confirmed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed via a secure, RBI-authorized payment gateway. A booking advance is required to hold inventory, with the balance due before departure as specified in your itinerary.

• Carrying valid government-issued ID and, for international trips, a valid passport and any required visas
• Ensuring you are medically fit for the activities included in your itinerary (especially high-altitude or adventure travel)
• Arriving on time for scheduled pickups, transfers, and activities
• Complying with local laws and the policies of hotels, airlines, and activity operators

We act as an intermediary arranging hotels, transport, and experiences on your behalf through third-party vendors. While we vet our partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

All content on www.ghumakkaddd.com — text, itineraries, photography, and branding — is the property of {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME} unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}'s registered office location.
